Heintzman House - The Heintzman House is one of the oldest buildings in the Town of Markham. The Hallmark of the Heintzman House is its timeless elegance, where the past meets the present. Spacious Park-Like Grounds beautifully landscaped excellent for outdoor weddings and splendid for taking group pictures. The Grand Ballroom seats up to 140 people for an elegant banquet with beautiful hardwood floor for dancing.

It has a 40-foot vaulted ceiling, a balcony with a sweeping wrought iron railing and a fully-sprung hardwood floor. The stage is located at the south end of the hall and the bar area at the north end. Because of its unique design the hall can comfortably seat from 50 to 200 people for dinner, 350 for a stand up cocktail party or dance, and 400 for concerts.
